Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site, deliver communications, or analyze traffic — including, currently: Vercel (web hosting), Google (analytics, fonts, Workspace email), Twilio (SMS delivery), and similar vendors. These providers may access information only to perform services for BSD Labs and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes.
- Legal and regulatory disclosures when required by law, regulation, court order, or to comply with a request from the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management or other government authority.
- Business transactions. If BSD Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Safety and security. To protect the rights, property, or safety of BSD Labs, our customers, or others.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for legitimate business purposes (responding to inquiries, maintaining service relationships, recordkeeping) and as required to comply with legal, accounting, regulatory, or audit obligations under Minnesota cannabis law. SMS subscriber phone numbers and opt-in records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter to evidence consent.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
