How the Math Works

Distillate per cart = fill volume (ml) × ~1.05 g/ml density. So a 1.0ml cart contains roughly 1.05 g of distillate. At BSD's $20/g wholesale rate, distillate cost per 1.0ml cart is ~$21.

Total cost per cart = distillate + hardware + manufacturing fee + packaging + allocated testing. Gross margin per cart = wholesale price − total cost. Project totals scale linearly with quantity at each MOQ tier — in practice, larger runs unlock per-unit savings on hardware bulk pricing and amortized line setup, so real 25K-tier costs typically come in 5–15% lower than the model shows.
